Still Painting....between running here and running there I have found time to continue to paint on the series. I also did a little more to the bug series..this time dragon flies. I will post those works at a later date.
In the angels and dreams series I seem to be fascinated with birds, mainly crows. I have started adding them to the paintings. For me, I find that Crows symbolize chaos. Changes in what we believe and constant reminder of what we fear. The more they circle around us the more confused we become. Some Crows are the workings of our minds and our perceived fears, fears of time slipping by, love lost, ships that have sailed.  Crows or ravens are immensely large birds and very demanding, with their raucous loud call from one to another, they remember faces and people and hold grudges, it is hard to make them go away. When they look at you with their black eyes, you feel it to the bottom of your soul

So I wonder where I went on this journey first of love to now sinister feelings, depression and fear.......maybe as I continue to paint I will  come out on the other side of the light and once again.....find the love that I am searching for amidst all my confusion.

     Works in Progress...so much needs to be done to complete these two..but it is additional works of life stages.  I have also become fascinated with adding hearts. I am sure you see them.
