Well appears I found what colors work for the time. All three paintings in blues, yellows and beige sold. Not colors I am use too but did enjoy building on them.  Why can't I stay in that pallette.... well I just can't... I want bright... inspiring... joyful colors.

Keep in tune going to try a new way of painting... fluid pour.
I just need that little something to get me going again.
I had several commissions that I enjoyed doing and did some ART DOLLS that are getting some notice.... so naturally I want to change myself again.... and not follow up on the items that are attracting attention.

 What started my painting of florals was a new show coming up that I enter every year. The exhition is hosted by the Botanical Gardens and it is different in how they exhibit. Instead of signing the front of the painting you sign on back side ... the idea is to sell the work on the value of the work and not the artists name... thus you have INCOGNITO..... painting I submitted was titled

YOU DON "T BRING ME FLOWERS ANY MORE

I started the floral work by loosing up and working with color combinations I wanted to try.

then I finally worked them enough to just begin doing several.

Along with floral work I have been trying trees.

I once again needed something for a exhibition at St. George Gallery and had recently finished a painting of trees that had gone through several transformations....it was pleasant and I found that I was more involved with the lights and shadows then the tree forms itself Again wanting color.. lots of it. So here is the painting for St George... 

 and this painting sold and I was away in Texas and they called with a request for another one similar but maybe on a smaller scale and I did this for their client.

Trying something new.... just painting..LOL. not talking about it or moaning about it... or worrying about it.. JUST GONNA PAINT... whatever I feel at the moment.
